Fume Extraction Alsident
Fume Extractions
Alsident manufactures modular extraction arms and extraction cabinets for local capture of solder fumes, paint mist, solvent vapours and fine dust directly at the emission source. Extraction arms are available in nominal diameters DN50, DN75 and DN100, configured for wall or ceiling mounting with 2-3 joints and lengths up to 1,710 mm. Flexible systems such as the Flextractor (SA2/CA2, DN160 to DN200) provide lengths up to 3 m with PU hose and also allow overhead mounting.
Extraction cabinets for cleanroom and laboratory zones are available with air flows from 117 m³/h (cabinet 635x480x350 mm) to 850 m³/h (cabinet 1000x600x960 mm). Hood attachments including square hoods (DN50, 300x250 mm to 420x320 mm), round hoods (DN50, 200 mm), suction nozzles (DN50 aluminium, 210-310 mm) and ESD suction nozzles in conductive material (suffix -6) cover various source geometries.

Typical applications: Solder fume capture at manual and semi-automatic hand-soldering workstations (DN50 arm with suction nozzle), extraction at wave and reflow soldering equipment (suction slots and cabinet systems), solvent vapour capture in electronics chemical laboratories, ESD-safe extraction in EPA zones (ESD suction nozzles and slots, suffix -6), and cleanroom and laboratory extraction with Flextractor systems (DN160/DN200).
