Component processing
Iteco dies and tooling equip the Supercut and TOCF lead cut-and-bend machines for each component geometry. From lead-cutting through bending to surface-mount tools, forming dies are available for common packages such as TO220 and TO218 - for reliable, repeatable lead forming to IPC-A-610.
esd.equipment supplies the Iteco tooling range for Supercut/TOCF: centre cutting, loop and locking tools, 90° bending tools and spacers for triple loops. Each tool is matched to its machine and changes over without tools.
