LED surface-mount luminaires for ESD workstations deliver uniform illuminance of 1,000-1,500 lx at the work surface, with a colour rendering index of Ra >90 and a colour temperature range of 4,000-6,500 K - critical for solder joint inspection, component placement and fine-assembly tasks. Electrostatic discharge protection is built into the housing and diffuser, with surface resistance values maintained at 10⁶-10¹¹ Ω in accordance with IEC 61340-5-1, ensuring luminaires do not become charge-generating sources within an EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area).
