ESD Mats
ESD dust-binding mats capture particles and dust contamination at entry points to EPA zones and cleanrooms. The adhesive surface binds dirt and dust from shoe soles before personnel enter the protected area. The range includes single-use dust-binding mats in blue and white in dimensions 600 x 1200 mm and 660 x 1140 mm, as well as dedicated cleanroom variants for higher cleanliness requirements. A non-slip backing mat (Warmbier 8160.2645.ZB) secures the mats on smooth floor surfaces.
The correct mat is chosen based on airlock width and the cleanliness class of the protected area. Mats at 600 x 1200 mm fit standard entries; 660 x 1140 mm covers wider access zones. Dedicated cleanroom dust-binding mats are available for areas with specific particle class requirements. White mats simplify visual inspection of contamination level. Multi-peel layer construction means spent layers are removed one at a time to reveal a fresh adhesive surface beneath, extending the service life of each mat.
