JBC Soldering tools

JBC Soldering Technology

JBC soldering irons are characterised by fast heat-up times, compact handpiece geometries and a modular supply unit system ranging from the entry-level AD-2200 to multi-channel stations. The T210-A operates with all JBC supply units from the AD-2200 upwards and features a slim handpiece for confined solder joints. The desoldering tweezer HT420-A at 2x50 W enables simultaneous heating of both pads of an SMD component.

The range of 52 articles includes standard soldering irons (T245-A, 50 W), the CLASSIC PULSMATIC 55N soldering gun for high-thermal-mass connections, and the thermostatically controlled mains iron SL-2020 for direct mains connection without a separate station.

Fast heat-up - JBC thermal technology for short heat-up times and rapid soldering sequences
Modular (T210-A) - compatible with all JBC supply units from AD-2200
Desoldering tweezer HT420-A - 2x50 W for simultaneous heating of both SMD pads
T245-A 50 W - standard iron for general SMD and THT applications
PULSMATIC 55N (CLASSIC) - soldering gun for heat-intensive connections, pulsed operation

Typical applications: SMD fine soldering and rework in EPA zones, THT connections and ground planes with the T245-A or PULSMATIC, component replacement with the HT420-A desoldering tweezer, field service and maintenance with the mains-operated SL-2020, and laboratory use and prototype assembly.
