JBC Soldering tools
JBC Soldering Technology
JBC soldering irons are characterised by fast heat-up times, compact handpiece geometries and a modular supply unit system ranging from the entry-level AD-2200 to multi-channel stations. The T210-A operates with all JBC supply units from the AD-2200 upwards and features a slim handpiece for confined solder joints. The desoldering tweezer HT420-A at 2x50 W enables simultaneous heating of both pads of an SMD component.
The range of 52 articles includes standard soldering irons (T245-A, 50 W), the CLASSIC PULSMATIC 55N soldering gun for high-thermal-mass connections, and the thermostatically controlled mains iron SL-2020 for direct mains connection without a separate station.
| Model | Power | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| T210-A | Variable (station-dependent) | Slim handpiece, compatible from AD-2200 |
| T245-A | 50 W | Standard iron, wide tip selection |
| HT420-A | 2x50 W | Desoldering tweezer, simultaneous bilateral heating |
| PULSMATIC 55N (2552016) | 55 W, pulse | CLASSIC series gun, heat-intensive connections |
| SL-2020 (2020200) | Thermostatically controlled | Mains iron, no separate station required |
Typical applications: SMD fine soldering and rework in EPA zones, THT connections and ground planes with the T245-A or PULSMATIC, component replacement with the HT420-A desoldering tweezer, field service and maintenance with the mains-operated SL-2020, and laboratory use and prototype assembly.
