OKI soldering technology
The OKI spare parts programme covers wear items and accessories for the full MFR, PS-900 and PCT-100 soldering product lines. Items include heating elements (PS-CA3 for SxV/CsV tips, PCT-1HE-21 at 230 V for the PCT-100 preheater), cleaning tools for desoldering tips (AC-TC) and desoldering iron handpieces (AC-CB2), an aluminium tip box for CVC/STTC/SSC/SxP cartridges (AC-TCASE), and a cartridge removal pad (AC-CP2). A freestanding PCB holder (BH-100) and an arm rest (PCT-AR) for the PCT-100 complete the range.

Correct part selection depends on the exact station generation: the PS-CA3 heating element is specific to PS-900 systems with SxV and CsV tips, while the PCT-1HE-21 is designed solely for the PCT-100 preheater at 230 V. Cleaning tools AC-TC and AC-CB2 require periodic replacement to prevent tip oxidation and channel blockage in the desoldering handpiece. The AC-TCASE aluminium box protects cartridges during storage and is compatible with the CVC, STTC, SSC and SxP series.
Typical applications: Preventive maintenance of soldering stations in SMT production, repair and servicing of OKI/Metcal equipment in technical service departments, stocking of replacement elements for three-shift production lines, and storage of interchangeable cartridges in the aluminium tip box for documented tool changes.
