Foils
ESD films for packaging and covering electrostatic-sensitive components are supplied in antistatic, dissipative or shielding versions. The range includes stretch films (electrostatic dissipative, transparent, roll widths up to 500 mm), black ESD tubular films (conductive, 80 µm, with ESD logo) and bubble films in the Permastat, Carbostat and HIGHSHIELD series. For documentation purposes, copy-compatible polyester films and self-adhesive antistatic films in widths from 1.20 m are available.
Dissipative transparent stretch films are suitable for machine or manual wrapping of pallets and component carriers in the EPA zone. The HIGHSHIELD bubble film provides electromagnetic shielding in addition to cushioning, protecting MSL-classified components during transport.
