Bernstein tools
Bernstein's precision mechanics repair tool range covers specialised tools for disassembly, cleaning and inspection of assemblies and flat-panel devices. Included are LCD opening suction cups (2-111-VE3), plastic pry tool sets in 10-piece (2-129), ESD pry tools (spudger 2-123, desoldering lever 2-126), spring hook sets (2-130, 6-piece) and PLCC IC extractors (2-605, 2-620). For contact cleaning, brass wire cleaners (2-163, 4 mm) and glass fibre cleaners (2-166, 4 mm; 2-168, 2 mm) are available, both with separately available replacement inserts.
Magnifying inspection mirrors (23 mm, 180 mm long: 1-909, 1-978) and a magnetic work mat with pen (2-119, 249x199 mm) round out the range for organised work on small assemblies.
