Iteco Superform machines cut and form the leads of axial and radial leaded components - whether taped or loose - and prepare them for automatic or manual THT placement. Selectable pitches (e.g. 5.08 and 7.62 mm) and various forming versions (V, AF, VP) cover nearly all common component styles.

esd.equipment supplies the Superform range with accessories: component-holder sets, micro-adjustment for the preform height, guide units and waste-tape ejectors - for consistent, IPC-compliant component forming and repeatable placement quality.
