Vacuum cleaner
Cleaning and care
ESD vacuum cleaners for electronics environments combine standard suction performance with antistatic properties, enabling safe use in EPA zones without charge build-up risk. The range includes machines from Muntz (555-ESD-S, 880 W, 1.2 l, with and without variable speed control, with and without HEPA filter; Silent Vac, 800 W, 8 l) and Warmbier (CONVAC series), plus a comprehensive accessories programme: suction hoses from 50 cm to 4 m, blow hoses, brush nozzles (hard, medium, D-form), rubber nozzles, non-woven filter bags (packs of 5 and 10), HEPA micro-filters, and motor filters.
Suction hoses from Warmbier (2.5 m for CONVAC) and Muntz (PH-707/707XL, 50 cm to 200 cm) are ESD-effective, preventing charge accumulation on the hose surface and nozzle. The blow hose (Muntz PH-708/PH-708L) is used for blowing out hard-to-reach areas in PCB and component manufacturing.
| Model | Output | Tank | Key feature |
|---|---|---|---|
| Muntz 555-ESD-S GS | 880 W | 1.2 l | No speed control, GS approved |
| Muntz 555-ESD-S-E GS | 880 W | 1.2 l | Variable speed, GS approved |
| Muntz 555-ESD-S HEPA GS | 880 W | 1.2 l | HEPA filter, no speed control |
