JBC Versorgungseinheiten (supply units) deliver stable DC power output to JBC soldering and rework stations, with tip-temperature recovery times under 0.5 seconds and temperature accuracy of ±1 °C across a working range of 50-550 °C. Designed to the JBC exclusive heating system standard, these units regulate tip temperature via closed-loop feedback and automatically enter sleep mode within milliseconds of lifting the tool, reducing oxidation and extending tip life by up to 5x compared to conventional designs.
As an authorised distributor for JBC Tools, esd.equipment stocks 14 Versorgungseinheiten covering single- and multi-port configurations, compatible with JBC T210, T245, T470, and NT115 tool handles.
