Treston workbenches
Under Semi Manufactured (Modular Components), Treston groups individual parts and kit components used to configure complete workbench systems: base frames, bench tops in various materials, drawers, perforated panels, and cross-connectors. Bench tops are available with 1.5 mm steel surface and plastic edges (grey), solid beech multiplex (40 mm), and PVC (50 mm with steel or plastic edges) in widths 1000, 1500, 2000, and 2250 mm, all 750 mm deep. Series 70 drawers are rated for loads up to 200 kg (612x612 mm footprint, heights 75, 100, 150, and 250 mm).
Frames range from the open frame TxH 300x2000 mm (830615-49) to H-frames for height-adjustable workbenches (adjustment range 700-950 mm, 836664-49) and fixed-height base feet (depth 750 mm, height 800 mm). Cross-connectors for bench widths 1500-2250 mm (836451-49) and tool inserts (33, 45, 70 mm, for drawer block 55 / drawer height 50 mm) complete the offering.

Typical applications: Self-assembly of Workshop benches from individual components for factory-configured base dimensions, extending existing Treston systems with additional drawers and bench tops, building height-adjustable workbenches (700-950 mm) for ergonomically optimised assembly stations, and sourcing replacement components (bench tops, drawers, perforated panels) for ongoing maintenance.
