Assembly Technology Bosch Rexroth

Bosch Rexroth assembly technology combines aluminium profile systems, transfer systems, and manual production workstations into a fully configurable assembly ecosystem. The mechanical base elements use the groove-10 strut profile in grid dimensions R40 and R45, assembled with connectors, brackets, and accessories into frames, material carts, and shelving systems. Chain conveyor systems such as VarioFlow+ (28 VDC, aluminium) and transfer systems TS 2plus/TS 5 with rotary units, lift units, and AC BASIS software extend the applications towards semi-automated assembly lines.

For workpiece carrier and assembly identification, RFID systems of the ID15 and ID200 series are available, integrable via AS-Interface or Ethernet into PLC control systems. The accessories range of more than 300 articles covers sensors, high-pressure hoses, chain links, positioning units, and connection sets for all systems. Grab bins in standard and ESD versions (GB series, sizes 0805 to 1710) supplement the offering for parts presentation at assembly workstations.
