Extraction unit ASD 300 Ex EC-VF for fine dust 120 m³/h at 12,000 Pa - ULT ASD 0300.0-EC.3.0

Large volumes of dry dust cannot be collected economically in storage filters. The ULT ASD 300 Ex EC-VF therefore works with four automatically cleanable filter cartridges providing 1.2 m² of filter area, discharging the dust into a lidded 15 l drum. Its high pressure turbine with maintenance-free EC drive holds 120 m³/h at 12,000 Pa, enough vacuum even on long or narrow extraction runs.

Applications

Extraction of dry fine dust at grinding, brushing, deburring and cutting stations, in printed circuit board machining and during cleaning or rework with a heavy dust load. Volume flow control lets the same unit serve a single nozzle or several capture elements.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Delivered as a complete extraction unit with four ULT 02.0.101 filter cartridges, the ULT 02.1.051 H13 particulate filter and the dust collection drum. The same filter articles are available separately as spare parts.

The continuously dissipative construction makes the unit suitable for use in EPA areas according to IEC 61340-5-1.
