Panel filter F9 prefilter 270 x 270 x 44 mm for LAS 160.1 - ULT 4-00302

The F9 panel filter is the first filter stage in main filter module K of the LAS 160.1 laser fume extraction unit. It takes up aerosols and particles from the laser fume and keeps the downstream H13A combination filter cassette from clogging early.

Position in the filter build

Filter build K of the LAS 160.1: stage 1 panel filter F9 4-00302, stage 2 filter mat M5-02 4-00238 rated ISO Coarse 85 % to ISO 16890, stage 3 combination filter cassette H13A 4-00002 with an H13 particulate filter to DIN EN 1822 and an activated carbon adsorption filter A. The H13 filter reaches a particle separation rate of 99.95 %.

Applications

Laser engraving, laser marking, laser structuring and laser cutting. The LAS 160.1 MD.11 delivers up to 190 m³/h at up to 3200 Pa of vacuum, with a nominal operating point of 80 m³/h at 1900 Pa. The prefilter is replaced on a fixed schedule or as soon as capture performance at the extraction point drops.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Documented for the ULT LAS 160.1 MD.11 extraction unit in filter build K. Supplied as one F9 panel filter in 270 x 270 x 44 mm format. Filter mat M5-02 and combination filter cassette H13A are ordered separately, and ULT also offers the panel F9 plus mat M5 set under 4-00307 for filter build K.
