Four workstations on one unit: the WSA-20LR collects solder fume at four DN50 intake ports and still provides 180 m³/h at 2,700 Pa, enough for longer suction hoses and funnel nozzles. The maintenance-free EC drive keeps the preset vacuum constant even as the filters load up during operation.

Applications
Hand soldering benches, rework and PCB repair where flux aerosols, particles and component outgassing have to be captured. The four ports allow several soldering positions, or one position with several capture elements, to run from a single unit. Recirculated-air operation is not permitted for carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
Supplied as the WSA-20LR extraction unit with four DN50 connection ports, EC blower, volume flow controller, filter loading indicator and installed filter combination. Extraction arms, funnel nozzles and hoses with 50 mm connection are ordered separately. Consumables are the M5/F7 filter mat combination and the H13A combination filter cassette.
The HEPA element corresponds to filter class H13 to EN 1822 with a separation efficiency of 99.95 %.
