Extraction unit ACD 200.1 MD.20 A14 for gases, vapours and odours, 230 m³/h - ULT ACD 0200.1-MD.20.50.1006

Gases, vapours and odours released during bonding, laminating, coating or cleaning are captured directly at the point of origin by the ACD 200.1 MD.20 A14 and routed through a multi-stage filter section. The mobile unit delivers a nominal volume flow of 230 m³/h at 1,000 Pa and holds the set negative pressure constant through its integrated volume flow controller, even as the filters load up.

Applications

Intended for workstations with solvent and odour emissions: bonding, laminating, coating, pretreatment, cleaning, casting and printing. The three intake ports allow several individual workstations or a machine enclosure to be connected at the same time.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The extraction and filtration unit is supplied with two DN50 intake ports, one DN80 intake port, the enclosed DN100 exhaust port and the EU mains cable to CEE 7/7. Extraction arms, hoses and filter cassettes for the ULT 200.1 series are ordered separately to suit the application.
