Gases, vapours and odours from bonding, coating or cleaning stay in the room air unless they are captured at source. Description
Gases, vapours and odours released during bonding, laminating, coating or cleaning are captured directly at the point of origin by the ACD 200.1 MD.20 A14 and routed through a two-stage filter section made up of a G4 Z-Line filter and an A14 adsorption filter cassette with a 14 kg activated carbon bed. In medium-pressure mode the mobile unit runs at 230 m³/h against 1,000 Pa and compensates for increasing filter loading through its constant vacuum control.

Applications
Bonding, laminating, coating, pretreatment, cleaning, casting and printing. The three ports on top of the unit take extraction arms or hoses for one to four individual workstations.
Recirculation or exhaust air operation
The filtered clean gas can be returned to the working area, so no heat is lost. Recirculation is not permitted when extracting carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances. In that case the supplied Ø 100 mm exhaust port is fitted on the outlet side and the clean gas is ducted into a central exhaust system.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
The unit comes with the adjustable outlet grille, the Ø 100 mm exhaust port and the EU mains cable to CEE 7/7 with a length of 3.0 m, country-specific cables are available. Extraction arms, hoses, foot switch and replacement filters of the ULT 200.1 series are ordered separately to suit the application.
