Ventile
Pneumatically actuated valves from Airtec are switched by a compressed air control signal without requiring electrical power. The Airtec programme covers 3/2-way and 5/2-way designs (NC, NO, impulse) for port sizes M 5 to G 1/2" in Standard (B) and Precision series, plus ATEX-approved variants (-X) for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Time delay valves VZ with adjustable delay times (0.25-300 s) and two-hand safety blocks SZ/SZS for safety-related applications are also part of the range.

ATEX approval (-X) - M 5 to G 1/2", all switching functions available for Zone 1/2 and 21/22
Time delay valves VZ - 3/2-way, 0.25-5 s (VZ 25), 0.5-10 s (VZ 18 310), 1-20 s (VZ 18 310/20), up to 300 s (VZ 25 310/300)
Two-hand safety blocks SZ/SZS - G 1/8" (3/2-way NC) and G 1/4" (5/2-way), self-holding port on SZS 14 510

Typical applications: Pure compressed air controls without electrical power in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX Ex Zone 1/2, 21/22), pneumatic cascade controls in process engineering, two-hand safety circuits on presses and punch presses (SZ/SZS), time-delayed sequence controls (VZ), and applications where no power supply is available.
