Non-sparking screwdrivers from Bahco (NSB248, NSB300, NSB301) are manufactured from copper-beryllium and approved for use in ATEX-classified explosive atmospheres. The range covers 1/2" screwdriver inserts (NSB248, 52 mm), Ergo screwdrivers for slotted screws (NSB300) in blade widths from 3 to 13 mm and lengths from 50 to 450 mm, and electrician-blade versions (NSB301) with 10 mm blade width in lengths from 50 to 300 mm. All tools are fitted with the Ergo handle.

Typical applications: Assembly and maintenance of slotted screws in ATEX zones in the oil, gas, and chemical industry, electrical installation work in explosive atmospheres using the NSB301 electrician blade, deep-set screws requiring long shaft versions (up to 450 mm), and combined use with the socket system via the NSB248 1/2" insert in ATEX-compliant complete sets.
