Heavy Duty and Bolt Cutters
Pliers and Cutting Tools
Heavy duty and bolt cutters sever bolts, screws, rivets, wire and reinforcing steel through multi stage leverage. Compact bolt cutters of 160 to 250 mm are handled with one hand, classic bolt cutters of 450 to 910 mm with two. The permissible cutting diameter rises with the length: 6 mm at 450 mm, 8 mm at 600 mm, 9 mm at 750 mm and 11 mm at 900 mm, each for materials up to 40 HRC. A mesh cutter of 950 mm is available for steel reinforcement mesh. The category holds 32 items from Knipex and Wiha.
