Non-sparking valve keys and valve hooks from Bahco (NSB series) are manufactured from copper-beryllium and generate no ignition-capable sparks during striking or sliding. The range covers long valve keys (NSB202-350, 36 mm, 375 mm) and NSB203 keys in five jaw sizes from 24 to 60 mm with overall lengths up to 800 mm. Valve hooks (NSB204) cover opening diameters from 30 to 90 mm with lengths from 200 to 800 mm. Copper-beryllium alloys are approved for use in explosive atmospheres (ATEX) under EN 13463.

Typical applications: Operation of isolating valves in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry in ATEX-classified areas, valve maintenance in chemical plants handling flammable or explosive media, gas and pressure line maintenance in refineries and gas storage facilities, and offshore industry work areas where standard metal tools cannot be used due to spark hazard.
