Non-sparking chisels
Non-sparking tools
Non-sparking chisels in copper-beryllium (Bahco NSB604/NSB606) allow chiselling and driving work in explosive atmospheres without any ignition spark risk. The range includes cross chisels (NSB604) with blade widths of 6-8 mm and lengths of 140-300 mm, and flat chisels (NSB606) with cutting edges of 22-27 mm and lengths of 150-400 mm. Both types are made entirely from copper-beryllium, a material that produces no sparks on impact with steel or concrete and is non-magnetic.
Non-sparking full CuBe construction - no ignition spark when chiselling in Ex zones
Cross chisel NSB604 - blade 6/7/8 mm, length 140-300 mm for grooves and slots
Flat chisel NSB606 - cutting edge 22-27 mm, length 150-400 mm for surface work
Non-magnetic - safe in magnetically sensitive installations and MRI areas
