ESD workstations
Reeco ESD workstations are a modular system for static-protected areas. The Classic, Premium and Premium Electric table frames form the base, and upright frames, shelves, lighting, power distribution and tool holders build on top. Every element engages the same perforation grid, so a workstation can be rebuilt or extended during operation.
The range goes beyond the assembly bench: storage and racking systems, transport trolleys, packing stations, wire harness workstations, anti-vibration tables, ESD chairs and the barrier system for marking out EPA zones. All versions are dissipative to DIN EN 61340-5-1, steel parts carry an antistatic powder coating, and worktops have a conductive core rather than a surface-only dissipative layer.

Typical applications: SMT and placement lines in EPA zones to DIN EN 61340-5-1, rework and repair of electronic assemblies, test and measurement benches with 19 inch equipment, cable assembly and vehicle wiring production, packing and dispatch of static-sensitive goods, weighing stations with vibration isolation in the laboratory, and storage and picking areas inside the protected area.
