Packing stations
Reeco workstations
At a packing station the order of movements decides throughput. When film, paper, blade and label each hang in a fixed place within reach, the searching between two shipments disappears. The Reeco packing superstructure is built on a perforated frame on which the cutting rail and dispensers adjust steplessly in height.
The complete assembly measures 1530 x 1800 mm and comprises the frame, the cutting rail with guide and trapezoid blade, and two universal dispensers for bubble wrap and packing paper. Single components such as shelves with dividers, additional positioning rings and upright frames in 1530 and 1830 mm are available separately.
Typical applications: Dispatch packing stations in electronics manufacturing, goods receipt with an unpacking station, picking with cushioning material, and small-batch packing with changing carton sizes.
