Reeco workstations
What sits above the worktop decides the reach at the workstation. Upright frames with continuous perforation carry upper shelves, tilting shelves, suspension rails for storage bins, and light and balancer rails. The height of each element is freely chosen on the grid and changed without special tools.
The upright frames come in widths of 750 and 900 mm and as a double version, each in 900 and 1555 mm heights. Shelves range from 300 to 1830 mm wide, tilting versions swing from 90 to 60 degrees relative to the frame and carry 30 kg with an even load.
| Type | Widths | Depth | Feature |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upper shelf | 900 to 1830 mm | 300 mm | above the work area, takes an under-shelf luminaire |
| Standard shelf | 750 and 900 mm | 300 and 400 mm | horizontal, hooked into the perforated frame |
| Tilting shelf | 750 and 900 mm | 300 to 600 mm | tilt 90 to 60 degrees, 30 kg capacity |
| Wooden shelf | 900 to 1830 mm | 300 mm | particle board with laminate, ESD and non-ESD |
| Lower shelf | 1230 to 1830 mm | - | under the top, for containers and instruments |
Typical applications: Placement stations with storage bins, soldering benches with extraction and balancers, test benches with instruments above the work surface, and kitting and rework positions with a high part count.
