Reeco workstations
A static-protected area only works if everyone can see where it begins. The standard requires the EPA boundary to be clearly marked, and in practice a visible barrier lasts longer than floor tape that has worn away after six months. The Reeco barrier system combines posts in RAL 7021 with bars in RAL 1021.
For separation inside the zone there are mobile screens with dissipative fabric or acrylic glass, plus table dividers in acrylic and toughened safety glass. The mobile screens run on 75 mm ESD castors that also compensate for uneven shop floors.
Typical applications: Marking out EPA areas in production, test floor and stores, routing visitors and works traffic around sensitive zones, visual screening on assembly lines, separating double workstations, and temporary zoning during rebuilds.
