During a changeover on the placement line, what counts is how fast the complete spool set stands at the machine. This rack holds the set on three double shelves and rolls to the line as one unit.
The shelves adjust in height and therefore adapt to different spool diameters. Four 75 mm castors, two of them braked, carry the rack. The finish is ESD paint in RAL 9003.
