Wire harness workstations
A harness lying flat on the worktop forces the operator into a stooped posture for hours, and the branches disappear under their own arm. The wire harness frame tilts the work surface to an angle where all take-offs stay visible and the arms are relieved.
The frame sits on a Reeco table frame and is available in widths of 1200, 1530 and 1830 mm. Angle adjustment is either manual via a detent or electric for benches that are reset several times per shift. The work surface is either a plywood board or Panduit tiles in the 305 x 305 mm format.
