Bosch Rexroth manual production systems form a complete ecosystem for ergonomic assembly workstations: frame structures and strut extensions as the load-bearing base, cabinet systems and shelving systems for organized parts storage, material carts and box lift devices for internal transport, and work chairs for continuous shift operation. Worktops in standard and ESD versions (Economic and Basic, widths 1000-1400 mm, depths 555-705 mm) integrate directly into the profile system. Linking modules such as EcoFlow and the EcoShape round tube system extend stationary workstations into flowing assembly lines.

For workstation organization, infoboards (ECO-PIN-BORD, ECO-MAG.MARKER-BORD, DIN A0 wall formats), information panels, and clear pockets in various formats are available. Tool and parts presentation is handled via ESD tool holders, balancer springs, air bars, and tool shelves from the Bosch Rexroth system. The interactive ActiveCockpit communication platform links stationary and mobile information displays with real-time production data.
