Bosch Rexroth height-adjustable workstations deliver ergonomic hub ranges from 650 mm to 1,050 mm, accommodating seated and standing operators without tool changes. Built on the proven TS 2plus and TS 5 transfer system profiles, each station carries verified static loads of up to 300 kg and meets ergonomic requirements per DIN EN 527-1 and ISO 9241-5. Adjustment mechanisms - manual crank or electric spindle drive at 25-35 mm/s - integrate directly into the Rexroth aluminium profile grid, so column spacing, shelf positions and cable management routes can be reconfigured in minutes without special tooling.
As an authorised distributor of Bosch Rexroth industrial assembly technology, esd.equipment stocks 12 height-adjustable workstation configurations drawn from the MTpro-compatible product family. All stations conform to the Rexroth modular assembly principle (VDI 2860) and can be combined with Rexroth conveyor modules, tool balancers and ESD surface kits to form a complete EPA-compliant workstation compliant with IEC 61340-5-1.
