The Lean conveyor track with rail holder is a configurable aluminum U-profile system designed for Lean production and assembly environments. Rail holders allow direct suspension on tubular cross ties without additional brackets. Each unit ships fully assembled as a pair of conveyor sections - right and left.
- Multi-color roller loading (up to three colors: black, red, yellow, green) for Kanban visualization or good/reject separation
- Choice of conveyor media: rollers Ø 32 mm with or without roller flange at various spacings; roller elements (RE45, RE45SK); or slide rails with or without integrated lateral guide (GS, GSSK)
- Lateral guide optional (SF): with or without roller flange guide
- Rail holder version (S): with or without integrated stop
- Available as ESD-conductive version (U-profile: aluminum plain)
- Gradient adjustable from 0 to 10 %, recommended setting 6 %
