Bosch Rexroth material shuttles and FIFO stations enable structured material transport and sequenced parts supply at assembly lines. The range includes trolleys in standard (MW 1400-RB) and ECO versions (MW-ECO RB-1 and RB-2) as well as ESD versions (3842515484, 3842518120, 3842518121) for EPA zones. FIFO guide rails (L=2400 mm, Art. 3842539894) and end caps allow first-in-first-out systems to be built.

Standard material shuttles (MW 1400-RB) for higher loads and longer travel; ECO variants for simpler logistics processes. ESD versions are required for material transport in EPA zones per DIN EN 61340-5-1. FIFO guide rails (L=2400 mm) enable sequentially accurate supply on a first-in-first-out basis. Handles (L=335 Set, Art. 3842538930) adapt the trolley ergonomically. The end cap safely terminates the FIFO rail.
