Table frame and strut extension
Workplaces
Bosch Rexroth table frames and strut extensions form the sub-structure for manual production workstations. The range includes table frames in desk (Pult) and box (Kasten) configurations (two variants each, Art. 3842537249-3842537252) and a strut extension for portal construction in 1200 mm length (Art. 3842519530). Desk frames are suited for inclined work surfaces; box frames accept horizontal worktop panels with a closed substructure.
| Type | Article no. | Version |
|---|---|---|
| Strut extension portal 1200 | 3842519530 | Portal construction, L=1200 mm |
| Table frame desk (var. 1) | 3842537249 | Desk configuration |
| Table frame desk (var. 2) | 3842537250 | Desk configuration, alternative width |
| Table frame box (var. 1) | 3842537251 | Box configuration |
| Table frame box (var. 2) | 3842537252 | Box configuration, alternative width |
Desk frames are suited for inclined surfaces, for example for control devices or fixtures requiring a viewing angle. Box frames accept horizontal worktops and provide a closed sub-structure. The strut extension (portal construction 1200) increases the standing clearance and headroom in portal configurations. All components integrate into the Bosch Rexroth N10 strut profile system.
Typical applications: Construction of assembly and inspection workstations in electronics and automotive manufacturing, portal workstation structures with elevated frame, desk-style stations for angled tasks, and base frames for Bosch Rexroth material shelves, cabinet systems and superstructures.
