Bosch Rexroth tool and parts presentation covers ESD-compliant tool holders, balancer springs, side panels, tool shelves, and air bars for use in manual assembly systems. Tool holders are available in various diameters: D52, D91, and D95 with cup inserts in different depths (D52-9, D52-15, D91-32 mm) as well as oval cup inserts (D91-OVAL53-L100, D91-OVAL-L136). All ESD-version tool holders (marked "ESD") are designed for use in EPA zones per DIN EN 61340-5-1. Balancer springs for loads of 0.4-1 kg, 1-2 kg, and 2-4 kg, plus 1.2-2.5 kg (G1/4 port), relieve operators of tool weight during repetitive assembly tasks.
