The Bosch Rexroth workplace accessories programme for manual production workstations covers ergonomic attachments and holders: arm rests in standard (35x110x250 mm) and ESD versions, ESD bottle holders, cup holders, wiper holders, plate holders and damping rings. Arm rests are available in several variants including FMS and basic versions, plus dedicated ESD versions (3842516704, 3842515525) for EPA zones.

Selection criteria
For EPA zones per DIN EN 61340-5-1 only ESD versions of arm rests and bottle holders may be used. Arm rests are recommended for tasks with prolonged wrist load (soldering, inspection) and are available in standard, FMS and ESD. Plate and wiper holders supplement material supply on the frame. Damping rings (D44) serve as vibration and shock absorbers on moving components. All accessories are compatible with the Bosch Rexroth N10 strut profile system.

Typical applications: Extending existing Bosch Rexroth assembly workstations with ergonomic aids, EPA zones with ESD-certified accessories (ESD arm rest, ESD bottle holder), soldering and inspection stations with arm rest and plate holder, and maintenance and repair positions in electronics manufacturing.
