The Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus is a modular twin-rail transfer system engineered for continuous-flow and pallet-based assembly lines. With a standard rail width of 80 mm, workpiece pallet weights up to 20 kg, and conveyor speeds up to 18 m/min, the TS 2plus supports precision-stop positioning with repeatability of ±0.1 mm - meeting the demands of automated SMT lines, automotive sub-assembly, and high-throughput manual workstations. The aluminum profile construction is compatible with the Bosch Rexroth 45 mm grid system, enabling straight integration with TS 5 lines and existing lean-manufacturing structures.
