Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system

Transport control components for the Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system regulate the cycle, accumulation, and positioning of workpiece carriers on the conveyor. The range includes separators (VE 2, VE 2/S, VE 2/D-200), rockers (WI 2, WI 2/X, WI 2/D) in widths BQ 160-800 mm, stops, sliding stops (BL 240, VA 2), and dampers (DA 2/100-B and DA 2/100-C) for smooth deceleration.

For position and signal detection, proximity switches (M12, switching distance SN = 4 mm, L = 70 mm) and switch brackets SH 2/SF are available. Extensions for rockers type MS WI 2/X allow adaptation to larger workpiece carriers up to LWT 1040. Position switches for VE2, VE2L and VA2 are available as a combined part.

Separator VE 2 and VE 2/S - pneumatic separation of workpiece carriers, standard and narrow versions
Separator VE 2/D-200 - double separator for higher cycle rates
Rocker WI 2 and WI 2/X - BQ 160-800 mm, for track widths of all common carrier sizes
Damper DA 2/100 - hydraulic deceleration for reliable stopping of heavy carriers
Proximity switch M12 - SN = 4 mm, L = 70 mm, for position and cycle detection at track stops
📦 Sliding stop VA 2 and BL 240 - for timed accumulation and release operations

Typical applications: Cycle control in TS 2plus assembly lines with pneumatic separation, accumulation control in buffer zones, smooth stopping of heavy workpiece carriers via hydraulic dampers, and position feedback via proximity switches. Typical industries are electronics assembly, automotive supply, and consumer goods manufacturing at high cycle rates.
