TS 2plus transfer system
Workpiece carriers for the Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system serve as pallet bases that transport the workpiece through every station of the assembly line. The range includes complete workpiece carriers (LWT160-LWT640, BWT160-BWT480), frame modules (WT160-WT400), and carrier plates (LWT160-LWT400) from which application-specific carrier configurations can be assembled.
The base size is determined by the length (LWT) and width (BWT) of the workpiece to be transported. Frame modules WT160 A to WT400 A allow modular carriers to be built up with clamping fixtures, centring elements, and locating pins. Carrier plates are available separately for all common LWT/BWT combinations and can be replaced or supplemented.
