TS 2plus transfer system
Cross-transport components for the Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system allow workpiece carriers to be shifted at right angles to the main conveying direction, for instance at transfers between parallel lines or at turning stations. The key item is the connecting set EQ 2/TE BG1 for installing cross-transport units. Protective covers SK2/B and SK2 protect drive assemblies and switching components beneath the conveyor track.
Protective covers are available in a wide range of formats from 160x160 mm to 800x480 mm (LxW), in plastic version (SK2/B) and without base tray (SK2). The range covers all common workpiece carrier widths and protects cable routing and pneumatic connections in the track base area.

Typical applications: Transfers between parallel TS 2plus lines, buffer and turning stations with lateral shift, and system layouts with L-, U- or O-shaped track configurations. Protective covers protect pneumatic cylinders, proximity switches, and cabling in the track base from mechanical damage and contamination.
