The Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system is engineered for precision pallet conveyance in automated assembly lines, with workpiece carriers rated for loads up to 20 kg and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm. Accessories for the TS 2plus - including guide rails, stops, separators, and drive units - are manufactured to DIN EN ISO tolerances and integrate directly with the 80 mm module grid of the Rexroth aluminum profile system.
This accessory range covers 22 catalog items for the TS 2plus conveyor platform, sourced directly from Bosch Rexroth and compliant with CE Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Components are available from stock and designed for direct drop-in replacement or system expansion without additional machining.
