Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system
The accessories range for the Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system covers maintenance and lubrication components as well as dosing valves for chain lubrication. Key items are the lubrication pump LU 2/P-24V with 3-litre reservoir, the associated mounting kit LU 2/P, and pre-assembled line sets (PA hose D4x3, length 20 m; steel tube D4 mm, 7x3 m) for direct connection to track components.
Hydraulic control blocks LU 2/M in four versions (2, 4, 6 and 8 outlets) distribute lubricant to multiple lubrication points. Dosing valves from the LU 2 programme regulate the lubricant quantity per lubrication cycle. System-approved lubricating oil STRUCTOVIS GHD is available in 5-litre containers.
A typical lubrication system consists of the pump LU 2/P-24V, a control block LU 2/M with the required number of outlets, and dosing valves at each lubrication point. Lines are routed using the PA hose set or steel tube set. The mounting kit LU 2/P includes the necessary fixing and connection elements. All components are matched to each other and designed for use with STRUCTOVIS GHD lubricant.
Typical applications: Automatic central lubrication in high-throughput TS 2plus lines where manual chain re-lubrication would cause production interruptions. The pump and control-block combination is suited to multi-station systems in electronics, automotive, and consumer goods manufacturing.
