Basic mechanic elements
Bosch Rexroth EcoSafe protective devices and partitions are used to guard manufacturing and assembly areas against unintended access and mechanical hazards. The range includes frame profiles (30x30 and 30x45 WG40), sliding door kits (750 mm and 1,000 mm width), system door kits and sliding doors up to 2,000 mm wide. Safety switch mounting kits, locking kits, stop buffers in various sizes (15x10 mm to 20x24 mm) and aluminium grip rails (3,000 mm) complete the safety system. Magnetic catches, ball catches and hanging pieces for slot 8/10 enable maintenance-free door retention.
For simple partitions without personnel access, WG40 frame profiles with clamping elements (3842555178) and spring clamping elements (3842525014) are sufficient to hold glazing and nets. Door constructions require the appropriate kit selected by clear width (750, 1,000 or 1,500-2,000 mm). Where Machinery Directive safety requirements apply, safety switch mounting kits (3842522475-77) and the locking kit (3842525780) are integrated. Stop buffers cushion the door impact; hanging angle sets (3842522481) connect door frames to the supporting profile structure above.
Typical applications: Guarding of robot cells and automated manufacturing areas (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC), partitions between work and hazard zones in assembly, protective enclosures on Bosch Rexroth transfer systems, and adding lockable access to existing profile structures.
