Reeco Soldering Technology
Non-contact soldering depends on matching temperature, airflow and nozzle geometry. Too much air blows small parts off the board, too little extends dwell time on the joint, and the wrong nozzle heats the neighbourhood along with the target. The Reeco stations control temperature and airflow separately and show both values during operation.
The RA-150E delivers 600 W at 150 to 475 °C and covers repair and rework. The RA-250E delivers 800 W at 100 to 450 °C, runs stored profiles and comes with a vacuum tweezer and a thermocouple. Alongside them the range holds 21 square RE-BN BGA nozzles with internal sizes from 3.5 to 45.5 mm and the RE-ADAPTER, which lets those nozzles run on handpieces from other manufacturers.

Typical applications: Fitting and removing CHIP, SO, QFP, PLCC and BGA components, repair and rework on assemblies, reballing of BGA components together with a preheater and the reballing kit, and small series production in laboratory and workshop.
