Solder Wire Feeders and Dispensers
Reeco Soldering Technology
Repetitive steps cost time and accuracy as soon as they are metered by hand. The TD-1 solder wire feeder delivers the set amount of solder, triggered from the switch on the handpiece or a foot switch, so the second hand stays on the component. The RE-1900 pneumatic dispenser does the same for adhesive and solder paste: dispensing time and pressure are set, and every dot comes out alike.
Both units belong on an ESD bench. The TD-1 has a grounding connector and is set up as standard for 1 mm wire, with 0.8 or 1.5 mm available depending on version. The RE-1900 dispenses from 0.01 ml with a repeatability of ±5 percent and is fed from 10 and 30 cm3 syringes with matching plastic and stainless steel needles.
