Fume Extractions
Solder fume forms right in the operator breathing zone and carries flux residue and fine dust. Extraction at the bench captures it where it appears instead of spreading it through the room ventilation. The RE-FCE-001 has two extraction arms, each 1400 mm long and 60 mm in diameter, and serves two workstations which may sit up to two and a half metres apart.
Filtration runs in three stages: a pre-filter for coarse particles, a class F8 medium filter for fine pre-filtration and a class H11 carbon main filter for microparticles around 0.3 µm and vapours. A filter monitor reports falling performance. The unit is mobile, ESD safe and set in ten power levels from the control panel or the supplied wireless remote.

Typical applications: Hand soldering and rework benches, rework and repair, bonding and potting, laboratory and small series production, training and test benches where fume and vapour have to be caught at source.
