Glue-down tiles

Flooring

Glue-down tiles sit between sheet flooring and loose laid interlocking tiles: they are fully bonded and earthed like sheet material but follow a tile grid. That pays off wherever there is a raised access floor, where sections are to be replaced later, or where colour fields for zoning need clean boundaries. Listed here are the ESD glue-down tiles from the Gerflor programme.

All three ranges are fully bonded with conductive adhesive and connected to the equipotential bonding through a copper strip grid.

Typical applications: raised access floors in data centres, control rooms and plant rooms, microelectronics and semiconductor manufacturing, measurement rooms with particle requirements, and areas whose layout changes and where individual fields are swapped instead of relaid.

Adhesive-free alternatives are listed under interlocking floor tiles, continuous surfaces without a joint grid under sheet flooring. Matching conductive adhesives and earthing and adhesive tapes are listed separately.
