Clamping and braking elements
Linear guides
Bosch Rexroth clamping and braking elements hold linear axes in a defined position without keeping the drive unit energised. The range covers brake elements from the KBH and MBPS series together with associated adapter plates PHK and PMK, enabling direct mounting onto runner blocks of profiled rail guides. Both brake series are available in versions AS (spring-applied, pressure-released) and BS (pressure-applied).
KBH series 2505-6505 - brake elements for guide sizes 25-65 mm, AS1A and BS1A/BS3A versions
MBPS series 2005-3005 - more compact design for guide sizes 20-30 mm, AS1A and BS1A versions
Adapter plates PHK and PMK - interface between brake element and runner block, sizes 15-55 mm
Spring-applied clamping (AS) - clamped when de-energised, released by compressed air, suitable for safety applications
