This Safeshield shipping box, 420 x 220 x 40 mm, shields its contents against electrostatic fields and discharges through a conductive inner layer. A dissipative pink PU foam insert (part no. 4910.1.20, soft, 1:1 stud profile) is included and keeps the part in place during transport.

Application

In-house storage and external shipping of electrostatic discharge sensitive devices (ESDS). The 420 x 220 x 40 mm format takes long, flat assemblies such as strips and profile cards. Once closed, the box stays an effective protective package outside the EPA as well, on its way to a customer, a contract manufacturer or the repair department.
