Dispensing
Nordson EFD and Oki dispensing cartridges are the standardised containers for the bayonet system, holding adhesives, pastes, oils and other dispensing media. The range covers single cartridges from 3 to 55 cm3 in plastic (clear and black) plus a cartridge container of 177 cm3. Oki cartridges are available in sizes 3, 5, 10, 30 and 55 cm3, each in several variants with and without plunger. Nordson EFD cartridge systems (7729201, 7729210, 7729213) complement the range for specialised applications.
For the Reeco RE-1900 pneumatic dispenser we carry the matching dispensing syringes and syringe adapters. The 10 and 30 cm3 syringes are transparent and supplied with a piston, which separates medium and compressed air and gives a defined cut-off. The adapters seal the syringe to the air hose and pull off without tools for a material change.

Typical applications: Filling and storage of adhesives, solder pastes, fluxes, lubricants and encapsulants in electronics and automotive manufacturing, clear cartridges for processes with visual fill-level monitoring, black cartridges for light-sensitive single-component UV materials, and cartridge containers for larger material quantities in series production.
