Fine dust extraction unit DustPro 1000 iQ 850 m³/h with HEPA 99.997 percent, 230 V - Donaldson Bofa 30811619-1419

In dust-intensive processes it is the holding capacity of the first stage that decides how often the line stops. The DustPro 1000 iQ therefore places eight polyester bag filters of around 100 litres ahead of the HEPA stage, while delivering 850 m³/h at 100 mbar.

Applications

The unit is used at grinding and polishing benches, milling and engraving machines, in laser marking as well as for deburring and brushing, in short wherever dry dust arises in quantity. Several capture points allow machine enclosures to be connected as well.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as the DustPro 1000 iQ extraction unit in the 230 V version with iQ control, bag filter set and HEPA stage. Extraction arms, hose sets, hoods and replacement filters are ordered separately.
