High leverage combination pliers, black atramentized, 35% less effort, 225 mm - Knipex 02 01 225

Thick wire and hardened nails call for leverage. At 225 mm the 02 01 225 is the longest model in the range, saves 35% of the effort through its optimised leverage and cuts hard wire up to 3.0 mm and piano wire up to 2.5 mm in diameter.

Areas of use

Assembly, maintenance, metalwork, structural steelwork and workshop use. The 225 mm length pays off wherever wire from 2.8 mm upwards or rebar tie wire has to be cut regularly.

Standards and conformity

The tool follows the shape standard DIN ISO 5746 for combination pliers. According to the manufacturer it contains no substances of very high concern under REACH, and the RoHS directive does not apply. The handles are plastic coated and are not tested for live working.
